Distilled in 2010, this Single Malt from Tomatin was allowed to mature for 12 years in bourbon cask wood. Nose: Lemon zest, tropical fruit and honeydew melon. Palate: Pineapple, green apple and brown sugar. Finish: A full finish with lingering malted biscuit and charred oak.
