The nose is pleasant with cooked orange and lemon pulp, vanilla bean, cooked agave, black pepper and subtle smoke. On the palate, the fruit explodes with lovely ripe tropical flavor, cooked agave, pepper and smoke. The finish is solid with fruit lingering alongside spice and soft smoke. A gorgeous sipper.
