Kizakura 45 Junmai Daiginjo is a luxurious sake crafted by Kizakura Brewery, a renowned Kyoto-based producer established in 1925. The brewery’s name, “Kizakura,” is inspired by a rare variety of cherry blossom, reflecting its dedication to tradition and beauty. Nestled in Kyoto’s Fushimi district, Kizakura benefits from the region’s pristine “Fushimizu” spring water, known for its medium hardness, which imparts a smooth and mild character to their sakes. The brewery combines time-honored techniques with modern innovations, ensuring each bottle embodies the essence of Japanese craftsmanship.

Kizakura 45 Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using specially cultivated Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 45%, highlighting the brewery’s commitment to quality.
