Noe Distillery at the hands of whisky master Freddie Noe – this superlative bourbon features rare selections of rare James B. Beam Distilling Co’s whiskey distillate. Hardin’s Creek Colonel James B. Beam 2 Year is part of a series of iterations showcasing the expertise and prolific craftsmanship of Beam Distilling’s legacy, incorporating intricate aging, mash bill selection, barreling, and select rackhouse locations. This inaugural release consists of two bottlings – a lower-aged and a higher-aged whiskey. The James B. Beam 2 Year is composed of an undisclosed mash bill and matured for only two years, however this does nothing to detract from its rich tone and flavor. The nose offers classic Beam notes over hints of peanut brittle candies, cream, and sweet corn.
