Nose:
Very floral and fresh, with elderflower and lychee up front followed sweet notes of peach, ripe pear and lily of the valley. Taste: Immediately salty, with almonds and pepper. And then sweeter orchard flavours combined with pine nuts and a meadowy grassiness. Finish: Warm, long, soft.
