This Reposado Tequila from Cava de Oro is one of our favorites from this lineup. While the range leans sweet in every profile, this repo has the most balance of agave, and oak. Less heavy on the palate than the popular Extra Añejo from this brand, this is a perfect everyday sipper – though it also makes an incredible Paloma!
Aroma: Cooked agave, caramel, oak
Taste: Cooked agave, vanilla sweetness, mild black pepper, mild alcohol heat, cinnamon
Finish: Smooth and sweet, with toasted oak that rounds it out nicely
