Dark berry aromas are oaky, while this Malbec blend is a bit heavy and lazy on the finish, but not outright soft or flabby. Beefy berry flavors come with charred oak notes, while this tastes burnt and blackened on a finish with grabby tannins.

The grapes hand-picked from our Uco Valley vineyards are immediately refrigerated and doubly classified upon arrival at the winery. The technology fed by gravity allowed a soft vinification that protects the freshness and aromatic character of the fruit.
