Description

Premier Cru Chardonnay crafted from 70-year-old vines planted higher up on the slope. It undergoes a unique aging process: 6 months in 350L new oak barrels, followed by 5 months in amphora, and an additional 4 months in stainless steel. The wine is bottled without fining.
