Description
This unique cuvée commemorates eleven hundred years of winemaking, paying tribute to the Abbey of Cluny producing its inaugural wine around 910. Cuvee 910 is a co-fermented blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, sourced from 70-year-old vines planted in calcaire soils. After undergoing semi-carbonic maceration, the wine matures for 8 months in wooden vats.
