Description
From 30+ year old vines on a south-facing steep hillside, essentially a chalk plateau with no top soil. Hand-harvested, pressed whole-cluster. Fermented in old demi-muids and aged in old tonneaux. Classically bright and energetic; yellow-fruited, ripe citrus, hints of smoke and white flowers.
