Description
From 45+ year-old vines, some pre-war, in a cooler site with kimmeridgian soils on a steep slope facing northwest Hand-harvested, pressed whole-cluster. Fermented in old demi-muids and aged in old tonneaux. Classically ripe citrus, white stone fruits, stony with hints of sweet green herbs.
