Description
100% Pinot Noir from the oldest vines of the Cotat vineyards, the soils limestone and clay. Hand harvested and allowed to macerate for a short period. Pressed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged in older, large tonneaux. Expect red apple, light red berry aromatics, hints of green herbs and a bright, clean finish.
