Description
La Santa de Ursula emerges from the terroir of La Carujera, situated within the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo along the northeastern coastline of Tenerife. Crafted from a blend of three varietals—48% Negramoll, 50% Listan Negro, and 2% Listán Blanco—sourced from three distinct parcels boasting vines of over 100 years old. A small portion was fermented carbonically and the other portion fermented whole cluster. Following fermentation in concrete, the wine undergoes maturation in small, neutral barrels.
