Description
From a quarter-hectare adjacent to Bâtard-Montrachet farmed biodynamically, the vines are at least 50 years of age. Grapes are either directly pressed or crushed beforehand depending on vintage. Fermentations are allowed to begin naturally in used barrel, where they will age for 16 months.
