Description
100% Pinot Noir from 40-year old vines on Kimmeridgian soils, this is a later disgorgement of a wine that was previously released in 2021, so about 5 years on the lees in bottle. Both fermentations were performed with native yeasts, the primary fermentation in stainless steel. Expect bright, tart red fruits and a touch of brioche with that trademark saline snap.
