Description
Pinot Noir sourced from 40+ year old vines planted mid-slope on Ostrea Acuminata marl. 15-20% whole cluster and aged for 12-14 months in barrels (20% new). Bottled without fining or filtering with 30-45 ppm of sulfur added at bottling.
