Description
Champs de Vosger is a small 0.18 ha parcel in Fixin. The wine is 15-20% whole cluster fermented and aged for 12-16 months in barrels (20% new). It undergoes no fining, only light filtration, with 30-45 ppm of sulfur added at bottling.
