Description
From the “Privat” cellar – Lauer’s own personal stash – come a few bottles of Spätlese that have been specially chosen to age beautifully, generally from the finest parcel or best selection of the vineyard. These berries are picked before the drying-out of an Auslese, BA or TBA, so they are beautifully ripe, unctuous and giving. Very age-worthy.
