Description
Morstein is recognized as one of its most prestigious plots in Westhofen. The vines are positioned on the mid part of the slope at about 180–240 meters above sea level. It’s considered a cooler section in a warmer region which leads to a healthy amount of acidity in the wines. Despite the weather challenges of the 2017 vintage, Philipp demonstrated meticulousness in both the vineyards and blending procedures to ensure the wine met his high standards of quality. The resulting wine is fresh, well-balanced, and multifaceted.
