Description
Coming from a compact 0.70-hectare plot positioned near the hill’s base, just below Les Castets, this wine experiences a gentle pressing, light settling, and a prolonged, cold alcoholic fermentation. Subsequently, it matures for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (with 0-5% new oak) and then undergoes a tank aging period of 6-12 months.
