Description
Westhofen is renowned as one of the oldest villages, with Morstein recognized as its most prestigious plot. The vines are positioned on the mid part of the slope at about 180–240 meters above sea level. The wine is lightly pressed, delicately handled via gravity flow and aged in neutral barrels. Very expressive on the nose, on the palette the wine offers generous acidity, plenty of tropical and stone fruits ready to be consumed now but no rush.
