Description
Morstein is recognized as one of its most prestigious plots in Westhofen. The vines are positioned on the mid part of the slope at about 180–240 meters above sea level. It’s considered a cooler section in a warmer region which leads to a healthy amount of acidity in the wines. The 2006 vintage endured extreme weather patterns; nevertheless, the Rieslings from this year are poised for greatness. The challenge lies in the limited quantities remaining from this smaller vintage.
