Description
The Premier Cru Perrieres vineyard is marked by thin, rocky soils with a high proportion of limestone. The winemaking process is traditional, involving extended lees contact and aging in barrels for 15-22 months. “Jean-François still cites the 1999 vintage as one of the strongest in recent memory in Meursault.” (John Gilman)
