Description
Yzaguirre Bodega was founded in 1884 by E.Yzaguirre in Reus, Spain. It has been producing wines and vermouth according to its original recipe for over 100 years.
With a straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Classic White Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
Yzaguirre Clásico Blanco is a vermouth produced from white wines and a particular combination of aromatic herbs developed by Yzaguirre in 1884. The vermouth is aged for one year in oak barrels until it reaches the flavour and aroma of a reserve vermouth.
Annual production numbered and limited.
Serving tip: Excellent as an everyday aperitif. Serve with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a twist of orange. Serve very chilled.
