Derived from a blend of 14 – 19 year old distillates hand-selected by Master Distiller Lisa Wicker and put aside in Widow Jane’s Red Hook, Brooklyn NY rickhouse – this sumptuously crafted bourbon is finished in Missouri Ozark oak casks previously air-seasoned for at least 3 years. Bottled at varying ABV% depending on the year of release and offered in curated quantities (the 2022 vintage of Vaults 14 was produced in just 12,000 bottles!), Widow Jane The Vaults 14 greets the nose with bold vanilla, baked sugar, herbs, dark fruits, and citrus. On the palate are warm spices, drying herbs, vanilla extract, cherries, and roasted nuts smoked with burnt oak.
