A new single cask addition to the Cooper’s Choice range. This time, a speyside Tomintoul that has been finished in Marsala wine casks and bottled at cask strength. Nose: Nutty and chocolate prevlent at front supported by aromatic spices and ginger Palate: Apricots and oats with honey and ginger again, this time alongside coffee and cinnamon Finish: Richer notes to finish with sweet dessert wine, vanilla custard and sultanas
