Distilled on 19th September 2008, this whisky has spent a final maturation of over 3 years in Rivesaltes, dessert wine casks before being bottled in 2021 at 46%. Nose: Fresh fruit and nutty notes at the forefront Palate: Sweet and bitter flavours spring forward with an underlying barley aroma Finish: Velvety smooth with flavours from the palate sticking around for a long while.
