From West Cork Distillers and punk band, The Pogues, following their initial blended whiskey now we have a single malt Irish whiskey. Aged in ex-Bourbon casks for a spicy and floral led number. Nose: Lavender and rose with nuts, chocolate and faint sea salt. Palate: Oaky spice with hazelnuts and floral malt notes. Finish: Gently warming finish with caramel and cinnamon.
