Tepache Hi-Ball 12oz Single
The Tepache Hi-Ball fits that mold perfectly. It starts with hundreds of large fresh #5 pineapples, shaved for their skins and naturally fermented with raw cane sugar, cinnamon and cloves. The lightly fermented Tepache is mixed with high quality 100% agave tequila, citric and lactic acids, a pinch of salt and then carbonated. Canned on site at Ventura Spirits Distillery where it’s made, this is easily one of the most delicious cocktails around, canned or not. The pineapple pulpe is subsequently fermented and distilled into pineapple eau-de-vie for use in future projects. Keep an eye out for Rock Steady, they’re going to be one of the most important independent drinks companies around. One can makes two cocktails on the rocks, maybe rim the glass with spicy taijin or rock salt.
