Starward began with a simple idea; imagine a W hisky unshackled from tradition. Starward Nova epitomises this approach to Whisky making. The barrels used are sourced from Australian winemakers and, with minimal intervention, are filled to retain the flavour, texture and essence of Australian red wine. The result is a truly unique Single Malt Whisky that reflects the place it is made. Nose: Bright aromatics of red berries and orchard fruits with soft oak spice. Palate: A medium body; vanilla and complex berry fruit characters balanced with caramel and spice. Finish: Long, drying and slightly tannic, balancing the spirit.
