Rabbit Hole takes Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a wheat mash bill, aged in alligator char then they transfer it to casks that have been used to perfect sweet, dark Pedro Ximénez sherry. The resulting whiskey is refined and balanced with a long cascading finish.

66% Corn, 18% Wheat, 14% Malted Barley. Rich, reddish amber tones complement an array of aromas, namely sherry, followed by subtle oak wood, caramel and a twist of cherry sweetness. The palate is a pleasant mix of dried fruits, currants and tart cherry with a touch of nuttiness, and powerful notes of sherry followed by delicate vanilla and oak. The finish is light and elegant, not lingering, with a hint of dryness.
