An independent 9 year old Single Malt from Bruichladdich, released under the Port Charlotte name. This one is heavily peated, distilled in 2011 and independently bottled nearly a decade later by The Character of Islay Whisky Company as part of the Stories of Wind & Wave series. This bottling range is dedicated to the essence of Islay whisky, and does a great job of showing it off in all its glory.
