Description
Comprised of 50% Pinot Noir and 25% each Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from a selection of the domaine’s parcels with primarily Kimmeridgian soils. Fermented in tank and then aged in bottle for 30 months on its lees, bottled with 3 g/L dosage. As of 2018, Grains de Celles is now a single-vintage wine, made without reserve wine being added.
