The grapes used in the production of Moscato d’Asti come from vineyards grown on hills characterized by medium slurry marl AND dominated by quartzes sand and silt, that can bring an abundance of trace elements while ensuring an immediate expression of the bouquet. Sweet and aromatic wine well combined with desserts at the end of a meal and the classic nougat with hazelnuts. An ideal companion in moments of celebration and a nice refreshing drink at any time of the day, particularly after sports efforts. Zagara is fine and abundant, while the color is straw-yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is intense, rich in aromatic scents – in particular, it reminds to the orange blossom, peach and apricot – in perfect balance with the low alcohol percentage and the acidity, never very high, which gives the product a pleasant freshness.
