This Junmai Ginjo sake is meticulously crafted using Wakamizu rice, a premium sake rice variety cultivated in Aichi Prefecture, polished to 55% of its original grain size. Fermented at low temperatures with yeast strain No. 1801, it boasts a splendid ginjo aroma featuring notes of ripe pear, banana, and chestnut.
