The Gael Irish Whiskey is a blend ox`f Malt and Grain Whiskey, combining the best flavors of Irish Whiskey. It features some of the oldest whiskeys from our library, showcasing our fruit bomb house style and its complexity. The signature orchard fruits, mainly white peaches and apricots, dominate the palate with subtle hints of floral notes, freshly cut lawns, and Douglas Fir. As the flavors develop, orange hard candy transforms into candied orange peel, further transitioning into cooked stone-fruit flavors like apricot frangipane tart and peach cobbler.
