Combining a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley, J. D. Single Barrel rye uses sour-mash distillation and is mellowed through J. D.’s unique Lincoln County Process of charcoal filtration. Matured in charred American white oak barrels, this rye has a finished cask strength of 94% proof and is an ongoing release from J Daniels.
