Highland Park is Scotland’s northernmost whisky distillery, lying just to the North-east of fellow Orcadian, Scapa.Introduced in 2003, the Highland Park 15-year-old single malt was initially a travel exclusive, but became so popular it was finally added to the distillery’s main lineup.
