Released in 2023, Green Spot Quail’s Gate Pinot Noir Cask Finish Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the third edition in the Green Spot Wine Geese Series, which pays tribute to a group of Irish families known as the ‘Wine Geese’ who left Ireland to set up wineries around the world. Following on from previous releases in the series, including Green Spot Château Leoville Barton and Green Spot Chateau Montelena, this expression features Green Spot’s signature Still Pot whiskey aged for 16 months in Pinot Noir casks from Quails’ Gate Winery in British Columbia.
