NOSE: Toasted cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, nubuck leather, raisins, autumn leaves, brown butter, warm almonds, orange oil, marzipan. PALATE: Warm cinnamon roll entry, with dried apple, a hint of maple, golden pie crust, dried apricot roll, walnut skins.FINISH: Semi-dry and medium long with lingering cinnamon butter toast.
