Description
Cuish Cuishe Mezcal
This mezcal is made on the rare wild agave cuishe. Cuishe (also spelled cuish or cuixe) is a part of the karwinskii family (e.g. madre-cuishe, barril, tobasiche) of agaves. The cuishe variety has a sweet note, to begin with, and ends on a more floral and herbacious note with a slight hint of minerals and smoke.
The best way to appreciate the unique flavors and aromas of Cuishe mezcal is by serving at room temperature. We would not recommend drinking on the rocks or mixing in cocktails, as the quality of this mezcal justifies drinking itself.
