A small batch Gin, Collective Arts Plum and Blackthorn Gin immediately stands out with its light purple color. That’s not the only reason it’s so special, though. It’s crafted with botanicals that are infused both through maceration and vapor infusion and the long list includes juniper, coriander, green cardamom pods, black pepper, cinnamon, whole clove, ginger, mace, fresh lemon and orange peel, orris root, almond, blackthorn berries and plum. In terms of flavor, that translates to a complex harmony of aromatics, spicy, and fruity components.
