The beautiful CIBI range of hand blown crystal glassware features in the original 1982 Blade Runner movie. The Double Old Fashioned Whisky Glass is famously used by Rick Deckard to drink JW Black Label whisky. This impressive crystal vase comes from the same series of glassware, and shows the striking and highly distinctive design elements that feature across the range. The glassware was designed by renowned Italian designer Cini Boeri in 1973, and is produced by Arnolfo di Cambio, one of Italy’s most respected glass makers. As such, the range represents the finest in both Italian design and craftsmanship. Ridley Scott selected the iconic CIBI Double Old Fashioned Whisky Glass to feature in the original Blade Runner movie, having been struck by its stylish, futuristic and striking design. The CIBI range of glassware has proved to be timeless, and is widely recognised as a classic of modern design. Each piece is mouth blown and hand cut by artisans in Tuscany, to the original specifications and using the original moulds created in 1973.
