Choya’s Kokuta is an authentic plum wine made from only selected Kishu Nanko Ume, brown sugar (black molasses), and black rum. It’s an intriguing umeshu with an emphasis on its rich aroma & fruitiness, but with a slightly smoky finish – created for dark rum lovers! Serve Kokuta chilled on the rocks with soda. It can also be enjoyed mixed with milk or try it on vanilla ice cream for a snack or dessert!
