Chateau Dompierre is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are carefully sorted. Harvest is done manually. Fermented and aged for 20 months in oak vats from Nadalie. The smell itself is intoxicating – fruits, cherries, spices – it overwhelms your senses. And the taste matches the smell. Neither bold nor light – perfect balance to go with cheese and pasta.
