Clean and open with high aromatic intensity. Dark fruit (blackcurrants, plums, blackberries) predominating, with licorice, fresh herbs and oak. Its time in the cask has provided fine oak, piquant spices and cocoa. Long and intense with balanced acidity. A presence of fine, polished tannins.
