Description
A rather unique Riesling vineyard that Florian compares to the soil type of the Medoc – stony, pebbly, the remnants of an old riverbed – the 70 year-old vines have deep roots that will dig through the sediment to the groundwater. This results in a rather warm, spicy Riesling that has the most delightful verve between the natural acidity and the vineyard’s opulent output. Rather exotic in nature!
