“The notes to this wine correspond to those of the other ‘who’s who’ of wine writing. It is crisp, minerally, and offers ripe citrus fruit, florals, white, and a hint of spice without domineering green notes. What stood out was the texture, as the wine had this ‘crushed white rock’ grip on the palate that added the perception of weight to a wine that was, by all means, medium-bodied. I think this wine is delightful with some more decadent foods and would 150% benefit from a couple more years of cellar age.” – Simone
