VINE AGE Planted in 1990
SOIL Deep (1.5-5m) clay and marl soils above limestone bedrock, with more sand than Preda
PRESSING Pneumatic press utilized. The must is allowed to oxidize, and lightly sulfured after sedimentation and before fermentation.
FERMENTATION Fermented in concrete for 16 days, allowed to go through malo-lactic conversion with occasional batonnage.
AGING Aged in concrete
