Description
A 1.49 hectare parcel planted in 1992 and partly replanted in 2015, atop the summit of Beaune’s slopes at 350m altitude. Soils are rocky with clay, and the grapes are pressed whole cluster into 228 & 400 L barrels where they will age for 12 months.
